What is a user connection?
One consultant connected to JobAdder with their own login. It costs the same whether they use one AI tool or several.
Is the price in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Is there a setup fee or minimum term?
No setup fee and no lock-in contract. You pay monthly for the users you have connected, and can cancel any time.
Which package is right for us?
It depends on your team size. Starter suits 1 to 10 users, Team suits 11 to 50 and adds onboarding and priority support, and Enterprise is for more than 50 users or multi-brand agencies. Every package has every feature.
What happens when we add or remove users?
Add a user and they can connect straight away. Remove one and their connection stops immediately. Your bill follows from the next month.
Do we pay for our AI tool separately?
Yes. RecruitAPI covers the JobAdder connection. Your Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot plan is billed by that provider, and needs to support custom connectors.
Do we need to change our JobAdder plan?
No. It works with your existing JobAdder subscription, through each consultant’s own login.

How do we pay?
By card, billed monthly. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice, annually, with a purchase order.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?

Can we move between packages?
Yes. As your team grows past a package’s size you move up automatically, and you can talk to us about Enterprise at any time.
What happens if we cancel?
Every connection stops at the end of your billing month. We don’t keep copies of your JobAdder records, so there’s nothing to export or delete on our side.
