Terms & conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and RecruitAPI (“we”, “us”). They apply when you create an account or use our products, including the JobAdder MCP (the “Service”). If you use the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business, and you’re responsible for the people you give access to.

1. The Service

The Service connects your JobAdder account to AI assistants you choose, so your team can read and update JobAdder from those assistants. The features and fees that apply to you are shown when you sign up or in your order.

2. Your accounts with others

To use the Service you need your own JobAdder account and an AI assistant that supports MCP connections. Those are provided by other companies under their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them. RecruitAPI is an independent provider and the Service is not a JobAdder product.

3. Check what the AI does

AI assistants can make mistakes. Review answers before relying on them, and review every change before you approve it. You’re responsible for the changes you approve in JobAdder and for how you use what the assistant tells you, including decisions about candidates.

4. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
• Only give access to people in your business who need it, and remove it when they leave.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

5. Fees

You agree to pay the fees for your plan. Unless we agree otherwise, fees are billed in advance, in Australian dollars, and include GST where it applies. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law or anyone’s rights, to access data you aren’t allowed to, to send spam, or to interfere with the Service or with JobAdder. Don’t resell the Service or try to copy it.

7. Your data

Your JobAdder data stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You’re responsible for having the right to use the personal information in your JobAdder account in this way.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted, particularly when JobAdder or your AI assistant is unavailable or changes how it works. We may change or improve the Service; if a change takes away something important to you, you can cancel.

9. Ending your use

You can cancel at any time and the Service will run until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms or don’t pay.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
